led running / cornering lights

Hello, I am wanting to upgrade my cornering lights and my position lights to led. Can I just but new lamps? if so what and where do I get them . what watt and what base?

The position lights can be replaced with these, no modification necessary.
The cornering lights need a little mod to the socket, which can be found here and here
