What do the numbers on your tire mean?

Here is an item I found that will help others at various times. It is the complete breakdown of what all the numbers mean on our tires. I knew some, but not all the info. If it helps you great!

I would like to know the definition of what some of the values mean and what they mean to tire strength, etc.

Like casing strength, what is a good #, what is bad, etc.

It does not indicate the UTQGS

UTQGS - Uniform Tyre Quality Grading System; a system that covers grade markings for tread wear, traction performance & temperature resistance on all tyres manufactured & sold in the US. This system may be shown on tyres sold in Australia and may be "helpful" when buying tyres in Australia, however it cannot be taken as a safety rating or guarantee as to how well a tyre will perform on Australian roads as they are based on tests carried out in the US under very specific conditions for that specific market.

The service description found in the tyre specification tables above consists of a Load index and Speed symbol. The Speed Symbol indicates the maximum speed at which the tyre can carry a load corresponding to its Load Index. The Load Index is numerical code associated with the maximum load a tyre can carry.

Date codes for when the tire was manufactured are a branded in 4 digit number On the sidewall. The first 2 digits refer to the week of the year and the last 2 digits refer to the year of manufacture . So "4313" would mean the 43rd week of 2013.
