Is there a tone adjustment for base and treble on the stock Panasonic radio?

yeah I found it but doesn't seem to make any difference in the sound....is there something I can check??..Thanks for the fast reply to my first question..

it may not be working, I have two of those boxes and one works better than the other, they have been in the weather for 27+ years so could be the elelments got to it.
