OK guys! I know this might be bad but while I ride a GL1000 I also have a GL500(Silver Wing) so I hope I don't offend anyone by asking for help with it. Its an 82 GL500 and when I put the gear oil in the final drive it just pours right back out of what I believe is called the "weep hole". Is this just a seal problem or something far more sinister? Also I took final drive off to look at it and cannot seem to separate it completely.
If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it!

Re: Gear Oil Leaks Out Of Final Drive
As far as I know, there is no weep hole in the final drive. There is a vent on the top, but it shouldn't be pouring out of there. Where exactly is it coming out?
