Whats your thoughts or experiences with these batteries?

I use them on my GL 1800A and haven't had any problems, however that being said I convinced that motorcycle batteries are programed to die every 2 years. :D :D

Had on in my 76 for three years with no problems. Any battery will last if you keep it serviced. Fluid level up and on a battery tender.

I went ahead and bought one. Question, I still have some of the acid in its original container and have capped the container, when it needs it, should I just add more acid or use DI water?

As you probably read in the battery fill instructions, only top off with distilled water. discard the leftover acid safely.

thats what i have in my 81 no problems i put on tender as soon as finish riding.
