I know this is a Goldwing site, but I have a friend who is having a problem with his 1500 kawasaki. The Kawasaki forum is of no help,so I though I would ask here.
At normal cruising speed the bike looses power, but as soon as you accelerate the bike takes off. Until you go back to a cruising speed. Anyone have an idea. He already replaced the trottle boddy. with a used one. Thought maybe a sensor.?

Low fuel pressure maybe. My S10 acted like that just before the fuel pump went out.
