Old Un-marked Wig-wag

On my 86 Aspy I found what appears to be a wig-wag module attached to the trunk brake lights. It is un-marked, apparently a solid-state relay, and has 4 wires. Two are yellow, and they are connected to the bulbs. The other two are one red and one green. I have tried every combination I can think of with these two (power, brake light activation, ground) and can't make it work. First question: anyone know how this thing should be wired? Second, do the back-off brand modules work well if I have to replace this one?

If I were to make a guess, I'd try +12 to red, green to ground, and each of the yellow wires to each of the brake bulbs (and from there to ground). Of course that's an absolute guess. :)

UPDATE- Talked to an old goldwing guru who said the early wig-wags sold for them were a different breed. At first the brake lights both come on, and the longer you hold it, then they begin to alternate. So, gonna try it the way he said- yellow wires to the bulbs, green to ground, red to brake light signal. Will let you know what happens.

Hi,, Great just got trunk light from USA and has one of these on, even the guy i bought it from did not know what it was. Will let you know if it works So once again thanks :D :D :D
