Ran across something,,

Those two wold assemble into a 3.95 diameter with a 12mm bore pulley. And you can get pulleys as small as 3.15 and much larger than you want.
The total is about 22.00.
The bushing is 1" and the pulley contains all of it, so you would need spacers but you could change pulleys any time you wanted.

Just have to use blue locktite and a 60mm (you can decide) bolt to hold everything in place.

Looks just the job, but better hurry, as its only showing two of the split central parts left in stock as of five minutes ago!

It might be different if you are closer to them. I buy from Surplus Center all the time and have learned they don't do me any favors on shipping. For example Amazon can get me that same bushing with two day free shipping for much less.
