Cardio pack talk bold JBL questions
Has anyone here tried to update their Cardo Packtalk Bold unit yet ? I've registered the device and downloaded the updater from the community web site. The updater is running but dosen't show any unit as connected when the use cable is plugged in. I plug the cord in, turn on the Cardo unit on and it still can't find it. The Cardo does pair with my iPhone ok, the Cardo voice commands and hey Siri work. I'm using and older PC running Windows 7, tried on a Windows 10 PC with no success either. Haven't tried to contact the Cardo folks yet, thought I'd try here first. Thanks, Jim

Re: Cardio pack talk bold JBL questions
I had not seen that tutorial, it looks like the Cardo folks posted that just about time I gave up. The new software ran just like the tutorial, my Cardo is successfully updated. I’m really happy with the unit, the install on my Bell SRT modular was quick and easy. The voice commands work like charm. The sound quality with the JBL’s is very good. Haven’t used the intercom function yet, my rides are mostly solo wandering around the back roads. With the Bluetooth connection to my cell phone playing XM BlueGrass Junction, the miles on the ‘Wing go by pretty easy. I’ve had the bike out almost everyday this week, who would have thought 50-60 deg. weather the last week in December. Many thanks for the link !
