Good morning. engine oil specs ? what letters is to be on the oil can for use in the engine,trans combination.I under stand that the wet clutch is a factor . SE SJ CC CD CF ? I dont under stand which is good & which is best. Some info would be great. Thanks BAGOOD

Motor Oil Guide

Any good, known-brand motorcycle oil of the correct viscosity will work just fine. A lot of automotive oils will work good too, but make sure they do not contain friction modifiers, which will not work well with your wet clutch. Safest thing to do is use motorcycle oil which you know will not have friction modifiers in it.
