Open up the false tank cover - if it is locked (which means you don't have the key), you can actually use a flat piece of plastic (credit card, shim, etc.) and push it in around the latch, then pull it up and it will release and open.
On the back of the lock you'll see a three digit code, i.e. "123". Take that code to a Honda dealer and they should be able to cut you a new key.
If they are not being cooperative, take the same code to any decent locksmith, and he should be able to cut you a new key.

A key ring is a handy little device that allows you to loose ALL your keys at the same time!
