Lower cost sources for Radiator caps and thermostats

Post by Dubdenny »

I'd like to share an alternate source that I discovered for a radiator cap and thermostat for my '81 GL1100i.
rockauto.com has, quite frankly, unbelievably low prices for genuine Stant products, and they're not made in China (bonus!)

Here's what I found, ordered and received:

1) $2.89 for a Stant thermostat #13868 (with bypass hole) that crosses to Honda p/n 19300-657-003 & 19300-611-005

2) $2.13 for Stant radiator cap #10229 (13 lb / 0.9 bar) that crosses to Honda p/n 19045-449-770

Best regards,
Bill

I've used RockAuto for many years, and they regularly post discount codes for GoldwingDocs users in the Goldwing Chat forum.

Check the part number cross-reference topic, pretty sure it's in there: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=6742
