Sena SM10 Dual Stream Transmitter

Post by alland3851 »

Hi, apologies if this has been covered before.

Will a standard 5 pin Din connector to 3.5mm stereo jack work with SM10. Having problems here in the UK sourcing a Sena cable and have read some negative reports on the Sena one.
Thanks

So, I'm not certain on which cable you are looking at. There are some, e.g. https://cyclemax.com/inc/sdetail/din_to ... 129/339291, where the description indicates that they allow you to connect a common 3.5mm plug used on listening headsets/earbuds. One of these adapter cables along with a short 3.5mm male to male connector cord should work as a minimum connected to the AUX jack on the SM10 even if it did not work on the primary AUDIO in jack.

Another synapse fired (slowly). The AUX in may be mono, not stereo. I'd check the SENA manual first.
