Just finished changing headlights in my 2000 gl 1500. Following your 2016 how to. What a difference. I really want to point out your little piece of adivce about, Before installing the headlight, I use scotch tape to tape this annoying little spacer into place. It saved me vast amounts of time.
Also there was mention of high beam being to high, one theory was that emitter was fixed. On the Patherfinder bulbs that I bought they changed to three emitters, two where the HID bulb is then about 1mm closer to reflectors there is one emitters. . I won't know till later if this makes any difference got to wait till dark.

Really love them. Very bright, high beams work great. They are not to high. Almost don't need high. I put led position lights and cover lights . Lots of light. Will try to remember to get some pictures.
