If its head gaskets you should be getting water in the oil or burning water which shows up as white smoke from the pipe after the pressure builds in the sooling system.

Usually if you were getting water in your oil via head gaskets your pistons rings would be bad.

Could be a cracked block but I hope not.

My GL1000 had oil in the water. I ran it that way for years and eventually replaced the water pump which solved the problem. It was not a lot of oil, just a teaspoon or two that always rose to the top of the radiator and was very noticable when you took the radiator cap off. There was never any sign of water in the oil. I had read where it could be the water pump, in my case I think the real culprit was a small oil pump seal that comes with the water pump gasket kits. I did replace the water pump while I had it apart but this one seal was in pretty bad shape and I am sure that was where the oil was getting in the water.

I think I would be looking at the water pump first there are 2 seals around the pump outside but what happens is the internal seal in the water pump goes bad and allows water in the crankcase. one indicator of this is the milky oil and an over full condition.

so I would ask where did the oil go? into the coolant? then its probly the water pump seals. into the combustion chamber? you would see smoke out the exhaust,is there an oily residue in the end of your pipes? Leaking gaskets/seals? is there a puddle of oil under the bike?
What do the spark plugs look like? oily or steam cleaned or normal?
What do you mean oil spatter inside the frame? there are only so many places that can leak. More info is needed but you should check out the water pump before pulling the heads
