Simply fill out the (scam) paperwork and follow the (bogus) directions.
First name: SIR
Last name: MADAM

:roll: One of the SLOPPIEST scams I've come across.

It is amazing the crap I see coming through my SPAM folder. I have to admit, Gmail has a way of really pushing that stuff away, but due to looking for a job and such, I have to at least check that folder once a week to make sure I am not missing anything. I get lotsa scams and women wanting to date me......fricken amazing.

.....but if you have $1.75m sitting around, I am more than happy to babysit it for you.
