Bell Mag 9 and Sena Bluetooth

Post by blallen58 » Tue Oct 01, 2013 7:28 pm

I purchased the Bell Mag 9 and Sena Bluetooth in June of 2013. I have taken two long trips since then. The helmet is very comfortable. Two things that I think that need to be improved on is the method used to lower the visor. The visor is lowered by twisting a handle on the left side of the helmet which can be hard at times to lower. The other is the way the clear shield comes off the helmet. It pops off from the tabs that hold it in place on the side of the helmet. The tabs are fragile and break off if not careful.

The Sena Bluetooth is AWESOME. The battery life is extremely long and the sound quality is excellent . I purchased both the SM10 dongle and the SMH10 for both my helmet and the wife's. (She rides a 2011 Can Am Spyder RT) Setup of the Bluetooth and connection to my 2010 Goldwing was easy with the optional cable. This is a great product. My wife and I found the intercom function to be very handy and worked well up to 100 yards distance.
