Optic Armor Windshields my experiance with Jim Dunham.

Post by Davek80514 » Sat May 13, 2017 2:56 pm

Over a year ago I ordered 2 windshield's from Optic Armor for my brothers & my 1500's. My brother had a medical problem and couldn't ride for a while and never installed the Optic Armor on his 1500. My Brother Norm just bought a 1800 and is going to sell his 1500. I called Optic Armor and talked to Jim Dunham (no relation to the ventriloquist :D ) and explained the situation with the windshield for Norm's 1500. Mr. Dunham said "If it's still in the original box and not changed from the original packaging, ship it back and we'll send Norm the same Optic Armor windshield for his GL1800".
Now that's what I call helping out your customers! I can't say enough good things about not only the Optic Armor windshield's but the company and the people who work there.
Customer service at it's finest!
A big thank you to Optic Armor!

Nice to know there are good customer service oriented vendors out there. They get my business every time. I am going to need a new windshield in the near future and I might give these guys a call.
