This is one of those items you never want to need or use. I have been searching around for a good first aid kit for a while. I came across this company and thought I would reach out to give them a try. My expectations were well exceeded after opening this kit and checking out what was inside. I got the advanced solo kit which seems like it will cover motorcycle related injuries. The items are organized into modular pouches so you can locate what you need in a hurry. There is extra room in the pouch so you can add on if you like. They gave me a 10% discount code to share (RMWL10off), but I don't know if that will apply to there crazy summer sale there running right now. Wouldn't hurt to throw it in the comments if you order or even shoot them an email ahead of time. I'm interested in what members of the forum carry on there bikes so let me know.

That's a pretty good deal - for $50, includes a QuikClot sponge, tourniquet and airway, among all those other things. Looks like a great kit!

Safety first, there's nothing wrong with investing in a first aid kit.

I used the tweezers a dozen times over the weekend. Went camping and the ticks there were the size of poppy seeds.

Re: My Medic First aid kit
Unfortunately, at that URL, they are presently unavailable (all colors).
I did found one "My Medic Solo" at E-Bay sold for 27.00 USD and shippping over 250.00 USD.
Others were sold around 110.00$ for the advance kit plus shipping, plus duty fees.
To bad that "my medic" did not sell to Canada. Presently, they do have a 50% rebate for the 4th of July celebration.
For information, Basic kit at 25.00$ and advance kit for 50.00$
I will select or build my own kit from Canadian's retailer.
Cheers,

Re: My Medic First aid kit
I received my advanced pack last week. I'm impressed with the contents and even the bag seems pretty tough. Disappointed only the basic version comes with CA glue. I will add some sterile CA glue, sutures, and a couple packs of Splinter Outs, to fill it out. Now this can replace my long expired military kit.

Re: My Medic First aid kit
For those of us that live outside of the US - I found it easier to buy a small first aid kit and add a few Quikclot pads and bandaids. We get no love from Amazon.com as we need to use amazon.com or suffer a bad exchange rate and expensive shipping charges. I got a small $25 kit from Canadian Tire and added a couple of things, including a handful of trauma pads and burn gel packs. Most of the bike accidents we will need a kit for are scraps/road rash and burns - if someone needed an airway tube or similar item it would be beyond my industrial first aid training.
My wife is the greatest - she won't let me sell my bike - I'm less grumpy when I ride...

MC travel 1st aid kit: Please build your own.
Get high quality tourniquets and (something equivalent to) "SAM" splints with ACE wrap and quick clot. Anything else is "nice to have"
Exsanguination is the leading cause of death on the road in public with trauma. Lice, cuts, ticks, seasonal allergies - all cured at the Dollar Tree.
Learn to apply your own tourniquets. Soldiers are taught to FIRST save their own life for a reason. If we are 2 up and we are both hurt - I save my life - THEN yours.
Practice, practice, practice - it needs to be muscle memory or it's useless. There is no way to learn how to use a tourniquet, improvise and fashion a tourniquet, or a splint or use directly applied arterial pressure unless you learn and practice.
