OK. IMHO, Dropbox used to be easy to use ... but recently, I've had lots of grief trying to use their "public links"to post images into forum sites such as ours. After a bit of sleuthing, here's the go:

Once you've clicked on "Img" and pasted in the Dropbox link, it will look like this:

But this won't work when U submit. Grrrrrr. Arrrggghhhh. :evil:

U must make two changes:

(1) from:

and (2) from:

So all up, the new link vs the Dropbox link, is as below:


Then - don't forget the "https://" bit at the front. :-)

If you don't add the "usercontent" part, U will have the Dropbox logo added to the image.

I've never tried Drop Box. Sounds like I may never even try.
I post pictures from my PC or Smart Phone. I also have a Photo Bucket and YouTube account but the pictures from my PC is by far the easiest.
