Mt. Washington

Was at Laconia bike rally last week and while in New Hampshire we went an rode up Mt. Washington. It is closed to everything except motorcycles 2 days a year, both are the week of Laconia rally. The road up is a steep incline, narrow and winding with no guard rails and a mile of gravel about half way up. It is quite the ride and with the traffic the pace was slow, with the engine pulling that hard and the lack of air moving thru radiators the bike got pretty warm, way above normal operating temps. I didn't notice temp gauge rising till almost to top or would have stop and let it cool at one of the scenic turn outs.
