Kompact Kamp trailer storage

Post by glrider7 » Sun Mar 10, 2019 3:38 am

Not sure if this is the place to post something like this or not.

I am heading to Mazatlan, Mexico for a rally in April. I am taking my trailer along with me but it has been suggested I don't take it to Mexico with me. I am looking to see if there is anyone in Texas I could store it with while I am across the border and pick it up on the way back.

There are storage places that will rent you a spot to store a trailer. I have used them when going to Daytona, when we got far enough south to get out of the snow, to safely leave the Truck and trailer. For a ShurKamp, I cannot see them charging you very much. Even an inside cubicle is often as little as $100 a month.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey

I agree,
one of the Security Storage rental lots would be my first place to look.

Matzalan is a nice place to visit, but not safe to leave anything not being watched, or out of sight.

Thanks Andy,

Yes that is long way out of the way, assuming you are in Maine. I need the trailer to camp in the USA on the way there, so need to drop it at a border state.
