Hello I have a 1994 Kwik kamp Belair trailer and I was wondering if anybody new what the gas lift support shocks for the cargo lid the lifting force in lbs was supposed to be?

If you can't figure it out, you can perhaps measure it. Put a bathroom scale on the bottom, prop up the lid using a piece of wood with one end on the scale, and the other right at the point on the lid where the strut mounts. Make sure the piece of wood is vertical. Measure the weight of the lid.

Take this number, add maybe 10 lbs, and divide it by the number of struts in the lid. That's the method I'd use, anyway.
