How can I transfer my Basecamp gps routes to my 2018 GW Nav. system?

Cruiseman has some gold video on this. I believe Babel is what he uses.

Does Basecamp create gpx files?
I believe this is the file type required for Gold Wing Nav.
Here's a website the converts Google Maps routes to gpx files, if that helps.
I don't know if it will convert Basecamp files.
Once you get the gpx file converted, save to thumb drive for upload to the bike.
