2018 GW GPS Manufacturer

What is the manufacturers brand name for the gps that is in the 2018 GW. Also, do they have a web page where you can find operation instructions?

I think it is still Garmin, although I read where it was said it is not now, but that post did not have a valid source link.

Is this Garmin map upgrade just for USA & Canada or Europe as well?
In my General Setting my software version is HG.EU.18.11.29.08.16.00
If I go into my Navigation that says.
Navigation Server: CoC_Nav_NavCtrl_CP04C_18472a
Map Database: PONA23 R1 ECE E1 NT Q1 2018

Anyone explain are there two systems one for USA and one for UK & Europe?

I believe that the GPS is not a Garmin.
