speed control

Post by denverdave »

I need to know if anyone has any experience with the speed control not working on the 2018 DCT Tour.
I picked up a trike in Dallas and rode to our home in Lakewood Colorado and the speed control worked just fine.
Now that we are home and trying to engage it will not work no matter the speed. The indicator light is lit on the dash.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I was referring to the cruise control.
I had adjusted the brake and it is very touchy. I tried to tighten the rear brake and it was not allowing the cruise control to engage.
Thanks for the help.

Probably because the brakes lights are staying on then.

I had the same exact problem after my dealer adjusted my brake pedal. Has to do with an adjustment down by the gear part of the brake pedal. You pop off the cover but I have no idea how to adjust it I watchd them do it but I really didn't catch it. Cruise light on, wouldn't engage.
