Any advice on changing my own goldwing 1800 tires?
The local shops around here act like it a bigger deal than it should be.
What a good DIY changer?
Will the dyna beads be all the balancing needed?
Can I use the beads and a TPMS?

Yes, it is easy enough to do if you have a tire changing machine. If you can get your tires off the bike, you can change the tires.
Hard to say what your local guys problem is, we have no idea what is local to you. Please update your profile so we can tell what part of the United States you are in.
The No-Mar Tire Changers have good reviews.
Yes.
They work fine with the OEM TPMS and others. I use the FOBO TPMS along with the OEM TPMS on my 2017 Gold Wing. Works fine. No issues.

My son is going to enjoy it for many years to come.

yes, you can use Dyna Beads with the TPSI sensors, that brand can be inserted thru the valve stems with their handy little kit that comes with the order.
as for mounting tires, my tire shop is family owned, and all of them ride bikes, and used to be dirt devils.
they have mounted up a car tire, and an E4 for me... forget the charge, $20ish?
if it is the rear tire on an 1800, take it to Walmart and tell them it is a trailer wheel for the left side, so they get the Arrow pointing the right way
