Will the flash to pass device work on the 2021?

I just traded in my 2009 for a new red 2021 DCT Goldwing Tour. I removed my flash to pass device from my 2009 before trading it in. It worked flawlessly over the 12 years I used it. Does anyone know if and how I could use it in the 2021 to avoid putting out the $214 for the Homelink? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I already found out the the original company of the device is no longer in business. I tried their old website and phone number to no avail.

Looks like it should work. LEDs can do that, but because they respond faster, the tuning might be a little off.
The lights you can't use them on are HIDs.

Thanks Rambozo. Sorry its taken me so long to respond but I have really been hoping that someone would know how to install the unit in the 2021 wing.
