No Start

No Start
I have a 2008 1800 and when I try the Start Switch all I hear is a click beneath the battery Box and a no starting situation. Please help.

Nine times out of ten this indicates a dead battery. With key off 12.4 volts while pressing start switch 12.04. But after switching FI/IGN relay with tail relay the loud click under battery is gone.
