Minimum parts required to start a Gl 1800 2018 engine

I have the opportunity to buy a mostly complete 2018 engine....

I know i need injectors, fuel pump, ecu, headers, starter, alternator, wiring loom. etc. But what else do I need to start the engine?

Do i need the instrument cluster, the ignition lock and key, etc.

i have been think about this project for a number of years.

If it's a DTC, I beleive there are 8 ECM needed.
