Silicone in the oil

Silicone in the oil
Is there anything in the dct engine that as a high silicon content and could brake up and get into the oil ? The coolant is silicon free honda type 2 and allways as been thanks

Coolant levels never dropped so no leaks into oil

Sure, the cylinders have Nikasil plating. I would expect semi high levels of nickel and silicon until things are broken in.
Silicon and silicone are very different materials. You mentioned both along with yet a third material, silicate as in silicate free anti-freeze.

So could that engine still bedding in hence oil test results ?

That depends on how much running time it has had and what the trend is in the oil results. One test tells you very little. The more important things are the conditions over time. There will always be wear components in the oil. When new, the numbers will be high, and then decline over time to a steady baseline. If the numbers go up, unexpectedly, that's when you investigate.

The 2 case halves are sealed with a silicon seal. For 6th gens, Honda uses Threebond. I'd have to go look at my tube, but I beleive it is #1207B.
