CB Volume using J&M CB pigtail

Has anyone come up with a solution to increase CB volume using the new J&M pigtail?
The volume works OK with Bluetooth but not high enough with the pigtail hard wire (which I prefer). J&M suggested new upgraded speakers.
Another thing noticed. When my bluetooth headset paired to Rider HS on bike other riders get echoing on my transmissions, and I hear it slightly as well.
When I pair my Bluetooth Helmet to Passenger HS on bike, CB works perfectly for awhile (30-40 min) but not able to send or receive ph calls from that pairing.
Any suggestions on echoing?
