Hi Pedro,
The white smoke could be either fuel getting by the floats in the carbs on that side or you have a head gasket problem with coolant leaking by.
If it's a carb issue, you may be able to clean it up with some seafoam in your gas; but I would suggest a complete removal and cleaning of the carbs to ensure there be no problems down the road.
I's also suggest you check your fluid level in the radiator and the overflow tank and if low, check your oil for signs of water. I'd also pull the valve cover on that side and see what it looks like under there; milky white deposits will indicate a head gasket leak.
good luck

That converts to $3717.00 US dollars. In my opinion that is way too much for a bike that has sat for that long. A fully "rebuilt" gl1000 "might" go for that much here. As to the smoke from the left side that is normal for all older Wings that sit on the side stand. Probably nothing to worry about.

Too much to risk on a bike that sat with an issue for seven years. Talk him way down or walk away.

I wouldn't pay more than half of his asking price on a bike that might have an issue and as mentioned above sat for so long. Good luck Pedro.

You have the right idea. I would wait until the owner gets the bike to start. He's asking too much for something not running. Good luck with it.
