Crescent moon cycles
Crescent moon cycles
Hi, this is a business that I seen from this website. I placed an order 3 weeks ago online and have not heard anything yet. I sent an email on the status of my order and have not heard from them. I just tried to make a phone call and was told that it has been disconnected. Are they still in business? please give me any information you might have..thanks

Re: Crescent moon cycles
Last year, sometime, they supposedly closed then they were still in business kinda part time. I wouldn't do business with them. I think they are accepting orders and your money. After that, who knows? I had shipping problems with them several years ago. Haven't done business since. One kept blaming the other for the shipping problems. Then they moved and that was blamed for the problems. Then this and then that. Stay away in my opinion. Sorry, but you need to know. Where are you this time Frenchy and Susan?
Re: Crescent moon cycles
Thanks for the information but that doesn't help me get my $225 back...I just wish I could get in touch with them to see if they are going to fill my order or not...

If you paid by credit card or paypal, I would be placing an opposition to the charge. You might get your money back as it has only been 3 weeks..
Don't know what else to suggest.

Crescent Moon has been slow at times, but typically comes through or offers a refund. Never had a problem when not in a rush.

Re: Crescent moon cycles
I think they are good people but unfortunately this is how they operate. They have always come through but sometimes it take too long and the communication is not good.
