Aftermarket Questions for 79 project?

Post by B79Wing »

Hello everybody,
Let me start by saying how much I enjoy this site. I am new here and to the Goldwing family so I have many questions. My main one starts with this (I also searched the site for answers). I suppose everyone is familiar with the Black/Yellow Supercharged GL? Well I need help with tire, wheel and front end questions. What needs to be done to achieve the bobber look that this one has with the wheels? Sorry if me question seems a bit scatterbrained, just so much excitement for this project. here is the one I have to work with

My project

and here is the one I'm talking about

What I wish mine looked like in the end (with my personal touch

Love the look of those wheels, I'm looking forward to hearing the knowlage you all have on the subject.

Thanks
Brandon

Virtually every part of the build-up of the Bulldog is documented in various posts on here:

'Impossible' is just a level of difficulty! The only stupid question is the one you didn't ask first!

( Seriously, you haven't read all 115 pages of my http://www.wingovations.com website ?? )
