Having fun trying to disconnect driveshaft in order to remove engine... I may have to remove sidecar..76 G-wing...unable to get a clear path to work...Pete

Hi Pete,
After one year of ownership I've learnt there's not much easily got at on a GoldWing, not on a 1500 anyway.
However once all the bodywork was out the way I removed the back wheel then the hub assembly and the driveshaft came out with the hub.

Pete, if you pull back on the drive shaft boot you will see a clip in between the joint/

Early wings have the clip, later wings do not. So part of the joy of early wing ownership is a pita drive shaft clip.
