LED Blinkers

Post by spookytooth »

If you've switched to led running lights and blinkers you know that the new lights don't offer enough resistance to make the blinkers blink. In the past it has been said that you must wire resistors into the circuit to simulate an incandescent load for the new lights to work properly. On a whim I bought one of these dealies and holy crap, it works! While it's square rather than round it still fits directly into the stock rubber mount and plugs right in. It couldn't be easier!

Yes, the electronic flashers will fix that problem. Some of the two-pin flashers will cause LED turn signals to glow when they are off. On GL1500's, you can't get away with doing this, or your automatic turn signal shutoff will stop working.
