1975 15 amp fuse

1975 15 amp fuse
Hello the 15 amp fuse on my gl1000 started burning out got caught in a nasty down pour got everything soaked then the bike died got to cover and saw that the 15 amp fuse was burnt. Replaced the fuse and almost immediately after starting the fuse burnt . Any ideas. Thanks.

Horn, turn signals and brake light if my rememberer is working correctly. In the manuals section above there is a color schematic for the 75-77 1000. Also if you have a Dyna ignition the power is picked up at the signal flasher power wire.
