If the engine runs...it alone is worth the 5.
In good condition,that would fetch 1500 round here.
Be aware of the cost for belts($40),tires($250),battery($100),and maintainence stuff(another $100 or so).
I've never got away for less than $400 to get a "used" bike back in safe reliable condition.
