My new coils are mounted in the old bracket and they are ready to be reinstalled but I'm not sure how to make up the new spark plug wires.
This is what I have (Yellow is old ... Black is new) Old cables have no continuity! I'm hoping I can reuse the plug jack caps but when I test them I don't get any continuity!
I'm assuming I'll have to cut the new cables and crimp new ends on them but I don't know how nor do I have any special crimping tools.
Can anyone help with this or link me to a forum with instructions?

Re: Spark Plug Wires - How do you make/test?
Is there a way to test my spark plug boot cap connectors?
Two of them were working when I disassembled but now I don't get any connectivity when testing with a DMM.
Am I don't something wrong or are they bad?

Why not just buy a new set from NGK.swr1977 wrote:Is there a way to test my spark plug boot cap connectors?

Done... and I figured out how to make up the cables with the help of the parts person at Everett Powersports Inc. (Honda Dealership)
What I needed to know that he showed me in addition to cutting/crimping the connector onto the end of the wire was that the spark-plug boot has a resistor in it that is 5K! after I found that out and got home, I tested the old set... they all work fine but being I had just purchased new I of course used the new ones.
Black Beauty is up and running again!
