1979 battery cover
this is just a question will a older model battery cover fit a 1979 gl1000 when i bought my gl1000 it did not have the battery cover i want to have one becuase it covers electronics ans such but its a almost impossible part to find but i can find older one for the 75 and 76 models the only reason i ask is i know the right side cover does not fit the 79 gl

Side covers it's either a 78 or 79, earlier will not fit.
