I have owned Goldwings for the past 30 years. Started restoring my '79 GL1000 a week or so ago which has been sitting covered in the garage since 2003.
Pulled the carburetor rack off today; a new experience! I've finally done it after all these years.
Examining the carbs, each one is stamped with a number; mine looks like BOG 771A. Looking on eBay at similar carburetor racks I see other numbers: like 756, 763, etc.
So what do these various, different numbers indicate or mean?
Thanks in advance for any input. I'm new here; my first post. Really appreciate the great amount of Goldwing knowledge here!
