Excess play in clutch lever
Could someone advise about "Excessive play in the clutch lever" on a 1978 GL1000. Mine has gotten to the point of being very aggravating and the bolt is tight. What causes the lever to tighten down? I couldn't find anything in the search menu other than one for a 1500 Goldwing. Would this be the same fix for my lever? Thanks.

Re: Excess play in clutch lever
Are you talking play up and down, or free play in the way you squeeze it (i.e. too much movement before it starts to operate the clutch)?

Re: Excess play in clutch lever
Up and down play. It feels like the lever is too small for the bracket it fits in or something (washer) is missing. Engaging the clutch is seems to be fine.
