If you have no one to help you when separating the crank cases try this method its quick to do and works a treat...
Get 2 pieces of 42 x 4 and drill 3 holes in each piece corresponding to the cylinder head holes and a hole at each end outside the end of the motor.
get 2 lengths of 12mm stud iron 4 big washers and 4 nuts.
put the rods through the top 2 x 4 and put washer nu nut washer screw it down until both nuts are tight a tighten with a 19mm spanner.
The cases will pop open. did try to post a picture but it would not post.
