Faux tank alignment
The top panel of the faux tank on my gl1000 doesn't sit particularly nicely. There is some pressure from the spring underneath. When I push the panel down a bit, it sits much nicer. I fiddled with the part underneath the lock and the two nuts near the spring at the top, but can't get it to sit right. Any advice?

Re: Faux tank alignment
I figured this one out -the hinge that keeps the tank lid up is covered by a plastic bushing, which apparently can be the wrong way around
Now it looks good again.

Now it looks good again.
