Need help, messed up air cut valve

Hello, I’m new to forum so please let me know if I can post this in a better spot. Bike won’t start, took carb out, removed air cut valve, didn’t see where small tube blockers fell out of, so I’m an idiot and lodged the blocks in to the housing of the air cut valve.

Now that I’ve learned that was a no no, they are stuck in there. The bike won’t start but I know it’s getting fuel, is this my problem and any good advice on what I need to do next?

There shouldn't be any "tube blockers" in there. That is not your starting problem anyway. Do you have spark at the plugs?

Yes, if you use either or put a little gas straight in the garb it will run. I’ve checked the fuel pump too and that’s good, the carbs are getting fuel and that’s why I’m so confused.

My 1979 gl1000 is the bike with the issue

Tube blockers????? Not sure what you mean.
