Does anyone have a picture of the starter relay properly wired from the battery with a blade fuse?

Here's one for you. Works well.

The red and red/white wires are interchangeable because these are live at all times when connected and the fuse is fitted. Remove the fuse and there is no power to these terminal. The green/red and yellow/red wires are also interchangeable as these energize the internal coil that allows power to flow to the starter when the starter switch is used. The green/red wire goes to ground through the clutch diode. the yellow/red wire is from the starter switch.

If you are going to add additional 12 VDC circuits you can connect the wiring to the battery terminal of the starter solenoid to get power to the circuit. Good way to provide power to an additional fuse block. Honda does this on the '85 LTD and '86 SE-i fuel injected models with a 30 amp circuit to power the CFI system and a couple of other relays.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
