Sticking Rear Brake

Is it possible for the rear master cylinder to be holding pressure , I keep on having a problem with rear caliper locking up but if i open the bleeder the pressure will release. 1975 GL 1000

I'm a word...YUP...
There's a very tiny pressure bleeder hole in the master cylinder that's plugged.

where is the hole do i need to take off the plastic reservoir ?

Yes.

You should just rebuild it, very easy and fairly cheap to do.
