Re: carbs not getting gas
I'd start at the petcock. Does fuel come out there if you turn it to open? Then inspect the fuel filter down the fuel line. If it is dirty, replace it. then test if fuel comes out of the pump if you run the starter. If this all works, then it seems like the carbs are the cause. These you can take off quite easily. Buy a revision kit from randakk and rebuild them. It is not difficult, alrhough it can be a bit tedious. If you haven't done this before, then also order the dvd from randakk. I haven't seen it, but have heard that it is a very good guide for this job.
Make sure you work carefully, and don't force anything. The carbs are made out of a quite soft material, and you don't want anything in there to break!

To have the carbs rebuilt by some who knows what they are doing using quality parts is about $450.
Sounds pricey but the kit alone is over $150.
I use: http://www.oldwings.com/services.html
There are a couple of other national experts who do it as well.
Don't know many/any local guys who can/will do it and use quality parts.

I rebuilt a set with the Randyke video and kit, along with Mike Nixons guide. Came out working great. No additional parts were required.

Thanks to everybody for your help I went ahead and cleaned and replaced all gaskets and now It runs like a new one it was just all gummed up and the seafoam got it all moving around.
