Wondering if anybody can identify the model number of this without me pulling it out of the cycle sounds windjammer mount? Also looking for a manual and wiring diagram if possible! Everything on it works but the CB doesn't seem to transmit... I can receive all frequencies just fine!
Suggestions?

I think Concepts went belly up quite a while back. I could not find any info on Concept other than a few old radios for sale. Your best bet for help might be to post your help request on a cb radio forum.
